Save money – make confectionary from scratch
Homemade confectionary is a genius way to bring a smile on both your family and friends. For some it can seam difficult to make confectionary, but it is actually much easier than one might think. Besides this is a great way to gather the family and make something together. All you need is a lot of chocolate, marzipan, different nuts and some big plates. Below follow some easy directions:
- Roll marzipan into small round balls, about 1,5 cm in diameter.
- Dip the marzipan balls in melted chocolate and lay them on some white plates (gives a better contrast look).
- If you like, you can also put nuts into the marzipan balls before dipping them in chocolate
- If you wish to decorate the confectionary with nuts, do so before the chocolate is cooled down.
- A decorate alternative to nuts, is melted chocolate decore. Melt chocolate, fill it in a bag, cut a small hole and pore it carefully over the confectionary. Preffered chocolate in a different color than the cover chocolate.
- Pack the confectionery in small glasses and enjoy with friends and family.
